OUR USE OF INFORMATION

We offer the opportunity, and with your consent, we may verify your Filterra account via your existing Facebook or Google+ profiles. We only use the APIs, OAuth Tokens, Widgets, or other means provided by the applicable Social Media Platform to use the data transmitted from the respective Social Media Platform for your Filterra Community account verification. As such, we only receive the limited information that each Social Media Platform permits to be transferred.
You are solely responsible for complying with Facebook and Google+ terms of service and conditions of use and we are not responsible in any way if you are no longer able to access our app through Facebook or Google+ due to your existing account being suspended, blocked, closed or terminated for any reason whatsoever.
With your explicit and prior access permission, we may send push notifications or alerts to inform you about certain offers, news and tips, even if the app is not currently open or in use. You’re asked to accept (Allow) or refuse (Don’t Allow) push notifications after our app is downloaded. At any time, you can manage your push notification preferences or disable these notifications by turning off the notification settings in the Settings > Notifications of your mobile device. If you do not allow, you will not receive push notifications. We collect push notification tokens in order for us to be able to determine whether you are subscribed to push notifications.
PHOTOS AND CAMERA
We will not access your Photos or Camera without first requesting access to your Photos or Camera, and getting your explicit permission. If you give us permission to access Photos or your Camera, we will only use images that you specifically choose to share with us. You may use our app to select the photo or photos you choose to share, but we will never import the photos you review except those you explicitly share. At any time, you can manage your Photos and Camera preferences by turning off this feature in the Settings > Privacy > Photos / Camera of your mobile device.
Photos may be accompanied by additional Content such as a hashtag (e.g., to mark keywords), comments, or may include metadata like a geotag. This makes your User Content more searchable by others and more interactive. If you geotag your photo then your location will be stored with the photo and may be searchable.
We automatically collect certain information about your device, including your device model, its operating system and version, connection type (wifi or mobile), IP address, GPS or other general location information, IDFAs, IDFVs, advertising IDs, and system settings, as well as the language your system uses, the country and time zone of your device.
INFORMATION COLLECTED BY THIRD PARTIES
We share collected non-personally identifiable information with third parties, including analytics providers, tracking providers, third party advertising providers and other third party service providers (collectively referred to as “Partners”). The Information collected from you on our app relating to your use of our app may be used to offer personalized advertising, assess the performance of our app or our advertising (including as part of our analytic practices to improve the content offered through our app), analyze your activity within the app to improve your experience, analyze statistics and trends, but only in aggregated and anonymized manner.
We may share information that can be used to personally identify your device (e.g. persistent identifiers such as IDFA, advertising ID and IP address) for the purposes of delivering our services, displaying appropriate advertisements, conducting analysis and research and for measuring our advertising campaign performance.
The advertising IDs are unique, but non-personalized and non-permanent identification numbers for a specific device, which are provided by the operating systems. The data collected with these IDs are not linked to other device-related information, and this information does not identify you personally.

Our app includes In-App Purchases (IAP). In-app purchases may be made only upon entering the App Store Password and you are responsible for maintaining the security of such password. Be aware of the iOS 15-minute window for making additional purchases / in-app purchases, during which your password may not be required.
To prevent accidental purchases (including those without your knowledge and permission), we suggest you use password protection on your iPhone:
Step 1. Tap “Settings” > “General” > “Restrictions” > “Allowed Content” > “Password Settings”;
Step 2. Under “Purchases and In-App Purchases”, tap the setting “Always Require”.
SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION
We take reasonable security measures to protect the information that we obtain from you (including preventing the loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction of your personal information). However, please be aware that unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, hacking, the inherent insecurity of the Internet and other factors, may compromise the security of your personal information at any time. As such, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information, and we will have no liability to you or to any third party arising out of any such loss, misuse or alteration.
